上周五收盘时，实盘持仓也是以做空为主。

最近一小段时间，似乎又回归到一个相对平稳的心理状态。
虽然资金曲线相对于之前的最高点回落了一点。

这一段时间，再次把以前看过书《当下的力量》《新世界》拿出来细看，还没看完，对平稳心态，还是有点用处。

今天商品期货这个行情，算是一个明显的触底反弹。
浮盈直接被收走了。

今天居然浮盈又回来了一些。从商品指数看，涨跌并不明显。感觉商品指数会上探一两个交易日，然后再下跌去探底？

目前实盘持仓偏空，做空的保证金占比54%，做多的46%。
